It certainly is not about exercising 'a bit' and eating a little better. It is about creating the lifestyle foundations and following systems to make it all work for you. The reward is that you will be able to take your place among the fitness elite - those who live their lives in such a way discover the body they desire, is an effortless by-product of their lifestyle.
